Woking Galleries turns to A Different View for Brand Development
Woking Galleries is a community organisation and independent charity currently embarking on a £5.5m project to build a new cultural centre in the heart of Woking town centre. The building is intended to be a landmark in its own right, attracting national publicity for the town. Building work starts in August 2005 with an opening date of Easter 2007.
With final fundraising underway, senior management have turned their attention to pre-opening planning. This has led them to consider issues surrounding the brand and they have employed the services of A Different View to help step them through brand development.
The work will help Woking engineer their brand looking at desired brand associations, developing the brand vision statement and preparing action plans to help turn the desired brand into reality.
The methodology for the work is mainly through facilitated sessions with a small group of key decision makers within the organisation including board members and staff.
