The retail setting is evolving in tandem with visitor demand. Online shopping has transformed buyer behaviour, and city spaces are adapting to become more than just a shopping experience. The research report, which detailed the responses of over 1,000 participants, explored the decline in visits to large cities and towns, and pondered what could be implemented to reverse the current trend.
